Swenson Ranch, located near Stamford, Texas, is one of the historic Texas ranches. Our founder, Svante Magnus Swenson, came to this great state from Sweden in 1836 and was a compatriot of Sam Houston as well as a major player in the turbulent politics and history making events of the day.
                                             
It is from Svante's initials that one of the most recognized cattle brands in United States history came into being. Through steady family involvement and continued careful selection, today's Swenson beef and other meat products rank as among the best in the country!
